Graphic design creation and edition studio set up in Paris in 2008, AK-LH is one of the most dynamic french brand skilled in interior decoration. Between graphic design, painting and urban art, its fresh and off-beat style shakes our senses and gives a new and colourful look to contemporary decorative arts.
Using a 100% cotton canvas and digital printing process, AK-LH applies its creations on objects of our daily lives like kitchen and table linen, cushions, bags and seats but also on amazing textile artoys: the Aklhetes.
AK-LH presents 5 linen (aprons, oven mitts and double-mitts, tea towels, placemats) and cushions collections: 'Landscape’, ‘Food’, ‘Garden’, ‘Freaks’ & ‘Flow’. ‘Flow’explores again the organic patterns applied on the ‘Flow’ wingchair. Latest addition to this range of ‘Tante Wera’ wingchairs, the ‘Food’ chair has been presented in 2011 at Sentou (Paris).
Following ethical and quality convictions, the whole AK-LH range of artefacts is handmade by the best French craftsmen. These products are distributed by 80 outlets in Europe, in Asia and in the USA.
Edition company but also creation studio, AK-LH works on different graphic design projects with company and private people.
Since 2009, AK-LH collaborates with Branex Design and has created for them two collections of 6 Tam Tam AK-LH stools, arty interpretations of this design icon. Moreover, l’Atelier contemporain presents since 2010 different sizes of digital prints on canvass created by AK-LH on a ‘Freaks’ pattern base.
