'TANTE WERA' WINGCHAIRS
The first object processed by AK-LH is a warm, elegant, scandinavian style wingchair, a ‘Classic’ from the 50s. But even more than its line, its outstanding graphic dressing immediately steals the show.
The two ‘Flow’ and ‘Talk’ prototypes were introduced during the Graphismes exhibition set up in 2008 by the parisian gallery Artegalore (Stéphanie de Santis & Guillaume Garouste).
The ‘Flow’ chair was exhibited in Paris in 2008-2009 by 107 Rivoli (‘Musée des Arts décoratifs de Paris’ shop inside the Louvre museum) and at the Body House by François Bernard trends gallery during ‘Maison & Objet’ international fair in September 2009.
Latest addition to this range of ‘Tante Wera’ wingchairs, the ‘Food’ chair has been presented in 2011 at Sentou (Paris). Instead of figures, graphic pattern are applied to this chair.
